Our Custom Tailored Uniform is made to your measurements making it the ultimate in comfort, style, and craftsmanship for a perfect fit. Please follow these instructions to order above.
First, write your Height in Centimeters, then your Weight in Kilograms, and then your Actual Waist size for trousers that you currently wear.
Second, choose the fabric weight that you desire:
NST Ultralight weight 50% / 50% poly-cotton blend (+$10.00)
BSI Medium weight 70% / 30% poly-cotton blend (+$24.00)
TAW Medium weight #11 10oz cotton canvas (+$30.00)
SSA Medium weight 60% / 40% poly-cotton blend (+$36.00)
TSA Heavy weight #10 12oz cotton canvas (+$44.00)
Third, supply the 11 uniform measurements in centimeters from the diagram above.
Fourth, choose a label.
Fifth, you can choose to add your karate style's chest embroidery, including your own if not pictured here, or a sewn on patch. You can also choose to add your name or karate style name in English or Japanese in Embroidery fields #1, #2, and #3 as you wish.
Custom Embroidery
Tokaido Japan provides the highest quality embroidery in Japanese or English. No company can surpass the level of embroidery perfected by Tokaido. You may choose to embroider your style name and/or your personal name. For Japanese text, please select from the pop up menus by clicking on the Kanji Style Names or the Names in Japanese Katakana below the field that you desire. If your Style or Name is not in the menu then use this Google Translate link https://translate.google.com/#en/ja/ to CREATE and then COPY and PASTE into the field(s) you desire. We will confirm that the translation is correct before production. If you prefer English/Roman letters, then type directly in the field(s) of your choice.
Production Time
The Custom Tailored Uniform require 8 weeks for production.

Awesome Gi
I received my custom Gi yesterday. I went with the SEN fabric. I like it, it is strong with a good snap while still being light weight. The embroidery looks great. I’m happy with Tokaido’s quality, as usual. I have bought many Tokaido products over the past 20 years and will continue to in the future. Very satisfied with my purchase.
