This uniform will shrink by 3% in length and about 2.8% in width.
Custom Embroidery
Tokaido Japan provides the highest quality embroidery in Japanese or English. No company can surpass the level of embroidery perfected by Tokaido. You may choose to embroider your style name and/or your personal name in the general locations designated in the uniform graphic. For Japanese text, please select from the pop up menus by clicking on the Kanji Style Names or the Names in Japanese Katakana below the field that you desire. Production Time
As with all uniforms that are made in Japan by Tokaido Japan, each uniform is made as it is ordered. This way we can ensure that you receive the best uniform possible. Currently un-embroidered uniforms require 1 week and embroidered uniforms require 3 weeks.

La mejor relación calidad-precio y buena atención
Soy de Argentina y las compras en el exterior son un desafío, por suerte el equipo de Tokaido siempre respondió mis consultas, mido 172 cm y comparando con mi antiguo uniforme se acercaba más al 6 por eso opte por ese talle y solicite acortar los pantalones, la calidad y confección es ecxelente, es mediano, liviano, muy cómodo y las medidas se ajustan a la tabla las mangas del pantalón un poco anchas pero es lógico por el talle que pedí acortar, para dejar una referencia el ancho de la manga del pantalón es de 30 cm y la cintura de 52 cm, hago una humilde sugerencia sería bueno que agreguen a la tabla de medidas el ancho de las mangas y de cintura esto mejoraría la experiencia de elección, por lo demás súper agradecido, los tiempos de producción según lo informado y el envío súper rápido, gracias equipo Tokaido. Estaba buscando un karategi de calidad y buen precio, así que opte por este,modelo, la atención fue de primera, siempre respondieron mis consultas, los tiempos según lo estipulado y el envío a Argentina muy rápido, en cuanto al uniforme la tela es de calidad y liviana, las medidas se ajustan a la tabla, mido 172cm y tomando como referencia mi antiguo uniforme las medidas se asemejaban más al talle 6, así que pedí acortar los pantalones unos cm teniendo en cuenta lo que pueden achicar, hoy que lo tengo lo único que puedo decir es que las mangas del pantalón son un poco anchas pero será cuestión de acostumbrarse, por lo demás súper recomendable, como sugerencia estaría bueno que sumen a la tabla de medidas el ancho de cintura y ancho de las mangas del pantalón y chaqueta , desde ya muchas gracias!! TUI1 Mid weight KATA uniforms.
Hi Tokaido team, Good day! I've been using Tokaido kata uniform for kata and kumite competition here in Philippines . And as former kata Judge and referee in our federation I highly recomend the Tokaido TU1 uniform for Karate-do practicioner. Reason for Investing in kata uniform is a Judge. A good Karaté Gi
The only reason it doesn't get top marks is because it's not produced in Japan. Pants are slightly larger than expected. Otherwise, everything is impeccable: fabric seems quite robust, elegant cut...
